About Our Team
Lighthouse uses a verse-by-verse expositional study of the bible, in all our ministries, thoroughly equipping the saints. Our ministries include - Sunday exegetical preaching, Wednesday evening Bible Study, Men's and Women's Bible Studies; a Christ-centered Kidz Corner, a Women’s Group, Prayer Warriors, Music Ministry, Technical team, and Mission’s team.

Founder & Senior Pastor
Ted Dudak is the Senior Pastor at Lighthouse Bible Church. He founded and planted the church on November 15, 2009. Lighthouse Bible Church began as a home bible study with just a few families that met every Sunday in Ted’s living room and has grown into a 5,000 square foot facility in Palm Coast.
​Ted pursued a degree in Theological and biblical studies at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2006-2010. He also took many seminary level classes at Riverbend Community Church under the tutelage Pastor Roy Hargrave

Ted is married to his wife of 35 years, Robin, and they have an adult daughter, Ashley.
Karen Pasquariello is the leader of the Mission Team at Lighthouse Bible Church. She has a passion for sharing the gospel with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
She says, "I took my first short term mission trip in 1975 and it changed my life forever."
Karen has written many articles on missions and her personal experiences on her various long-term and other short-term trips.

Lighthouse Bible Church is committed to missions as a way of obeying the "Great Commission." The Great Commission is the command that Jesus gave to his disciples before he ascended to heaven, to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything he had commanded them (Matthew 28:18-20).

Our church supports the CWO (Christian World Outreach), a ministry that helps to spread the Word to Burkina Faso, Haiti, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe.
Becky is the embodiment of the Fruits of The Spirit.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Becky exhibits all these characteristics found in Galatians above. For many years, she has led various Women’s Bible Studies, seeking to teach women to be God honoring, Christ exalting, while letting Scripture interpret Scripture.
Music Ministry Team
Ryan Deacon is our Music Minister since September 19, 2021. He has been a wonderful addition to our church family.

Ryan came to know the Lord in June of 2017, after dating Serenity for a while. They decided to get married in October of 2018, following the Lord's will for their lives. They have two lovely children, Riley and Rhett.
​
Ryan has a passion for music and plays the guitar since he was 14 years old. He is self-taught and very skilled. He used to be in a band with his brothers, but he left it when he realized it was not honoring God. He then switched to acoustic guitar and discovered his talent for singing.
​
Ryan leads us in worship with songs that are based on the Scripture. He carefully chooses the songs that are faithful to God's Word and not influenced by worldly trends. He has a discerning spirit and a heart for God.
We are grateful to have Ryan as our Music Minister.
Hi my name is Jordan Colubiale, and this is my girlfriend Nikki Perrine. We have been blessed with the opportunity to begin leading at the Lighthouse Youth Group. We would love to share a little bit about ourselves, as well as our goals and aspirations for the young students of LBC.
The two of us met at our former youth group when we were fifteen and the rest is
history. We are now both twenty years old and have just started our new careers. I have just started a job at TQL Industries as a Logistics Account Executive, while Nikki owns a small balloon business and is also an interior designer.
Our passion for student ministry started when we became a big part of our youth group at Oasis Church. Nikki and I both love to share with others, so we invited everyone we could to grow our student ministry. Oasis students started out at around 35 - 40 kids and by the time we left we had over 100 - 125+ every week. We had the most wonderful, guiding adult leaders that led us through high school and taught us how important it is to walk in faith and share the truth with other kids our age. We both became a part of our Student Leadership program to help out with the youth, which taught us how to be faithful leaders.
This time we spent in student ministry made a huge impact on our hearts and we want to share the love and family that Jesus provided for us, with the students at Lighthouse Bible Church! Our goal is to build a space that students can learn and grow through the Word of God, build relationships with other students, and have fun while doing it! We are hoping to host some youth events to draw some more young students to LBC and grow the student ministry, and Lord willing in the future we could attend church summer camp or a student discipleship weekend!
We are looking forward to starting this new journey together and being able to share how Jesus has impacted our lives with the students of Lighthouse.

As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Kim Houghton has more than 20 years of experience in various forms of counseling. She leads us in an “Effective Series” that offers guidance for the common challenges we face in life.
Effective Parenting: Effective Communications and Effective Responses
All three in the series are two-hour, four-week classes.
